Ethiopian coffees are known for complex flavors. This might be due to the incredible variety of coffee that can be found growing throughout the country.  We personally love the beans from the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Our beans are from a small farm in this zone and are of an indigenous heirloom cultivar variety grown at a high altitude.  We small batch roast these beans to a perfect Medium Light Roast to ensure the regions fruity flavors are balanced with milk chocolate and caramel tones. Personally this is the coffee I paint with. Something about that combo makes me want to take a brush to canvas.  I would be interested to know what possibilities this delightful single origin coffee inspires for you. Ships the same day it is roasted!
