At Possibility Coffee, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest quality for our products. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Coffee Shipping:

  • We currently only ship coffee products within the United States.  
  • Shipping for all coffee orders is free.  
  • Coffee is roasted fresh to order and, due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact our customer service team. We’ll work with you to make it right.  You can see more on this in our refund policy.
  • Coffee orders are typically processed, roasted, and shipped within 1-5 business days.  
  • Please note: Coffee orders are always shipped separately from all other products. If you order coffee along with merchandise (e.g., a hoodie or a notepad), they will arrive in separate shipments.

Merchandise Shipping (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Tumblers, Mugs, etc.):

  • For merchandise orders within the United States, there is a $5.00 flat shipping fee.  
  • Orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping.  
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.  
  • Merchandise orders are typically processed and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Method:  

  • We offer one standard shipping method, which is ground shipping for all products.
