Costa Rica produces only 1% of the worlds coffee. That being said, they produce some of the highest quality beans in the coffee drinking world, generating the nickname in some circles as “the golden bean.” Grown in volcanic loam soil at high altitudes you will find our Costa Rican coffee to be balanced and bright with a flavor profile of sweet apple, raisin and honey. This coffee is one of our favorites to drink before an exciting day begins. It has that Costa Rican brightness that just adds a spring to your step. We consider this coffee “Pura Vida!”.
